Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Options and Fees

Standard Shipping: RM10 for orders below RM100.

Free Shipping: Available for orders above RM100.

Delivery is available across Malaysia.
Estimated Delivery Time

Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 business days.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–7 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your parcel’s status.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At BARKIN’ BITES, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy:
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially consumed products.

Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
Return Process

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for incorrect or defective items.
